Kenny, the maintenance man, did an excellent job, and it was done very quickly and efficiently.

Loved living here, the pool was great, loved the maintenance staff, but had to move due to job!

I toured several apartment communities, but the customer service felt as if I was a friend or family member instead of a total stranger. Delicia listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, found me the perfect unit floor plan, and never pressured me. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and follow-through made all the difference. There are some plumbing cracks that weren't exactly an emergency but they came and filled them in a timely manner. kendrick was my maintenance person both times

Kendrick and Bill are wonderful maintenance men. They are knowledgeable, they treated my issue with the sense of urgency that set my mind at ease, right away. Great guys!!!!
